Shipping & Cancellation Policy

At ratcloud LLC, our fulfillment process begins immediately. Please review our policies carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellations

• Pre-Fulfillment: If you request a cancellation before your order has been processed or fulfilled, a 4.5% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable merchant processing costs.
• Post-Fulfillment: Once an order has entered the fulfillment stage or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

2. Returns & Restocking Fees

Returns are accepted within 30 days. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

3. RMA Requirement

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any items. To get an RMA, simply reply to your original Order Receipt email to open a ticket.

Important: Returns sent without a valid RMA are not eligible for a refund.
